The EVDC RFID Card gives you fast, secure access to EVDC partner charging stations without opening the mobile app or entering payment details each time.

The RFID card will work on participating EVDC partner charging stations where RFID authentication is enabled. This includes chargers that are connected to the EVDC roaming network and accept EVDC RFID credentials.

Send an email to support@evdc.network containing your full information, RFID card number and reference code.
- Plug in your EV to the charging station and wait for the charger to show "Ready" or indicate that authorization is required.
- Tap the EVDC RFID card on the RFID reader and wait for a confirmation (sound, light change or message on the screen).
- The charger will authenticate the card and start charging automatically. Some chargers may require pressing a "Start" button.
To stop charging, tap the same RFID card again and press the Station’s Stop button.
* Important: The RFID card must be activated and linked to an account before first use. If the charger does not recognize the card, verify that the card has been activated and associated with your charging account.
- This RFID card provided is intended solely as a means of user identification and charging session authorization.
- All EVDC RFID card purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or credited, except where required by applicable law.
- Each EVDC RFID card is issued to and associated with a single user. The card is personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, shared, or otherwise used by any other person without EVDC's prior written consent.
- The EVDC RFID card does not have an expiration date and remains valid indefinitely unless it is lost, damaged, replaced, deactivated, suspended, or terminated by EVDC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The purchaser is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable mailing address at the time of purchase. EVDC shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, additional shipping costs, or replacement fees resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise incorrect address information provided by the purchaser.
- Access to charging services through the EVDC RFID card is subject to the participation and availability of third-party EV charging network operators. The list of participating EV operators, charging stations, networks, and related services may be modified, expanded, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. EVDC does not guarantee the continued availability, accessibility, compatibility, or operation of any specific charging network, operator, or charging station.
- EVDC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, delays, inconvenience, or inability to access charging services resulting from network outages, charging station malfunctions, changes to participating operators, card misuse, loss of the card, delivery issues, or any circumstances beyond EVDC's reasonable control.
- EVDC reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version shall be made available through EVDC's official communication channels.
