SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing EVDC Networks LLC ("EVDC," "we," "us," or "our"). We design, manufacture, and distribute commercial-grade and residential smart electric vehicle (EV) charging hardware, RFID access cards, and associated power accessories.
Because our premium charging hardware is engineered, manufactured, and rigorously tested to order, our fulfillment timelines differ from standard consumer retail items. Please review the legally binding conditions below governing the shipment of our products.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION CONFIRMATION

Confirmation: All orders are subject to technical and payment review. Production queues begin only after payment is fully processed, settled, and confirmed by our financial partners.

Additional Verification: For custom configurations or complex electrical specifications, an EVDC representative may contact you to verify electrical compatibility, regional compliance standards, or installation requirements. Production timelines will be calculated from the date this verification is completed and signed off.
2. PRODUCTION & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES
To optimize product performance and safety, our items are fulfilled under distinct production schedules:

Custom & Bulk Commercial Orders: Large-scale commercial orders, custom-branded charging stations, and bulk deployments require extended production schedules. Custom lead times will be formalized via an independent bilateral purchase agreement or detailed in writing upon order confirmation.

Consolidated Shipping: To minimize transport costs and logistical complexity, orders containing both charging hardware and RFID accessories are shipped together by default once the charging hardware passes final quality assurance. If you require in-stock accessories to be dispatched ahead of your charger, please contact support; additional split-shipping fees will apply.
3. DESTINATIONS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
EVDC ships to customers in authorized jurisdictions globally. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that import, possession, and installation of our heavy-duty electrical hardware comply with all local, municipal, state, and national regulations, safety certifications, and utility directives in the destination country.
If we are unable to ship to your destination due to transport carrier restrictions, trade embargoes, or localized shipping regulations, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund prior to manufacturing.
4. SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES, & CARRIER SELECTION

Calculations: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time during checkout and are based strictly on destination, product dimensions, volumetric weight, and carrier classifications.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Once a shipment leaves our manufacturing or distribution facility, all calculated shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, & LOCAL TAXES
For all shipments traveling across international borders:

Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed tariffs levied at the port of entry are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.

Clearance Delays: EVDC exercises no control over, and assumes zero liability for, delays caused by international customs inspections, regulatory clearance holds, or import documentation queries.
6. SHIPMENT TRACKING & TRANSIT DELAYS

Tracking Activation: Upon dispatch from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the shipping carrier's portal to update and display active tracking scans.

No Guarantees on Transit Windows: All provided delivery dates are good-faith estimates and do not constitute a legal guarantee of delivery on a specific date. EVDC is not liable for delayed transit or any consequential damages (including, but not limited to, missed installation appointments, electrician cancellation fees, business downtime, or alternative transport costs) caused by:

Carrier scheduling errors, global logistics disruptions, or port congestion.

Extreme weather conditions, strikes, or labor shortages.

Hostage packages or national holidays.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & REDELIVERY CHARGES

Accuracy: The purchaser is solely responsible for entering a complete, valid, and deliverable shipping address (including suite numbers, gate codes, and accurate contact phone numbers) at checkout.

Address Changes: Address modifications must be requested immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been assigned to a carrier or has departed our facility, no address changes can be made.

Return-to-Sender Fee: If a shipment is returned to EVDC as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to clear local customs, the purchaser will be billed for both the return shipping charges and the secondary outbound shipping fees before reshipment occurs.
8. DEFECTS & INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Crucial 5-Day Inspection Period
You must thoroughly inspect all packages, hardware, and accessories immediately upon arrival.
If you discover any physical damage, missing components, or package tampering, you must notify EVDC within five (5) business days of carrier delivery by emailing support@evdc.network. Your claim must include:
- Your original Order Number.
- A detailed description of the physical damage or missing inventory.
- High-resolution photographs of the outer shipping box, inner retail packaging, and the damaged hardware itself.
Failure to report transit damage or missing components within five (5) business days of delivery constitutes binding acceptance of the product as delivered and waives your right to a shipping carrier damage claim.
9. LOSS OF SHIPMENT IN TRANSIT
If a carrier tracking portal indicates that your package is lost, stalled, or if it shows "Delivered" but has not been received:
You must notify EVDC support immediately. We will initiate a formal lost-package investigation with the shipping carrier.
Investigation windows are determined by carrier policies and typically require 7 to 15 business days to resolve. No replacements will be manufactured or shipped, and no refunds will be issued, until the carrier officially declares the shipment lost or stolen.
