The €50 is a temporary pre-authorization required to start a charging session.
It is not a charge. After the session ends:
-The real cost is charged.
-The remaining amount is automatically released or refunded by your bank.
-Refund timing depends on your bank (usually 24–72 hours).
-Open the EVDC charging app.
-Select the charging station and connector.
- The last number, for example, *2, indicates the connector that will be activated.
-Confirm payment method and start the session.
-Plug in your vehicle.
No, we do not provide RFID cards. All charging sessions can be started and managed directly, through our mobile app
Yes. To receive company invoices, simply:
-Create an account in the app.
-Go to your profile.
-Enter and save your company billing details.
-All future charging sessions will be invoiced with the updated information.
-Guest account :
Ideal for temporary use. Data associated with the guest account is automatically removed after a few days.
-Registered account :
Create an account using your personal email to keep your history, invoices, and payment methods saved.
-Social login :
You can also register or log in quickly using Google or Apple.

At the end of the charging session, if we attempt to charge the final amount and the card is declined, the pre-authorization will be used and an additional fee of €2.89 will be applied.
This fee is applied only when the pre-authorization is used.
If the charge for the session is successfully completed, the pre-authorization is immediately refunded and no additional fees are applied.
